Foam Sheet / SPC Flooring
Advanced stabilization for rigid foam boards and highly-filled stone plastic composite.

Application Overview
PVC foam sheets (used in cabinetry and signage) and SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring represent the cutting edge of rigid PVC applications. Foam boards require stabilizers that enhance melt strength to trap gas bubbles uniformly. SPC flooring contains massive amounts of calcium carbonate filler, demanding stabilizers with extraordinary lubricating and dispersing power to process the heavy, abrasive melt.
Why Suryadevara Stabilizers?
- Melt Strength Enhancement: Promotes early plasticization, increasing the viscosity of the melt to trap blowing agents for a dense, uniform foam core.
- Extreme Filler Dispersion: Provides exceptional lubrication to manage the high torque and sheer generated by 70%+ limestone loading in SPC floors.
- Dimensional Stability: Ensures the final flooring planks resist warping, shrinking, or expanding under temperature variations.
Technical Requirements
| Property | Industry Requirement | Suryadevara Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Uniform Cell Structure | Smooth surface without pinholes or blowouts | Balanced lead or Ca-Zn stabilizers harmonize with foaming agents for perfect expansion. |
| High Shear Resistance | Prevent burning due to abrasive SPC fillers | Heavy-duty One Pack systems with high external lubrication protect the polymer. |
| Rigidity & Impact | Flooring must not chip; boards must not bend | Enhances fusion quality, maximizing the impact strength of the composite material. |
